  1. Open Outlook Express. If you have never used Outlook Express before, you will be presented with the setup wizard.
     

    Enter your full name in the box.

     

  2. Next, enter your email address.

     

     

  3. Both the incoming and outgoing mail server names are "mail.sscisp.com" Enter this without the quotes

     

     

  4. Enter your logon information, this is your username and password. Leave the checkbox at the bottom unchecked. Click the finish button on the next screen

     

     

     

  5. But wait! We're NOT finished. Select the Tools - Accounts option from the main menu.

     

     

  6. Click on the mail tab and highlight your SSCISP mail account, then select the "Properties" button"

  1. Click on the servers tab and check the box at the bottom. "My server requires authentication"
